Count the cash in the drawer at the start and end of your shift to match total sales with system reports. . Greet guests warmly, answer questions about the menu or prices. . They solve simple billing complaints with a polite attitude. . Communicate quickly with the kitchen, waiters and restaurant manager regarding pending orders or canceled bills. . Keep the billing desk clean, organized and stocked with paper rolls, pens and menus.
