You will test raw milk coming from farms for freshness, fat content and harmful bacteria. . You will test final products like pasteurized milk, cheese, butter or yogurt to ensure they taste right. . You will supervise cooling and packing machines to make sure they run smoothly. . You will write down daily test results and maintain reports for safety inspections. . You will ensure that the factory, pipes and tanks are throughly cleaned and sanitized.

. A BSc Degree in Dairy Tecnology, food Science, Chemistry or Microbiology . Many Companies hire freshers but having 1 to 2 years of experience or 3 month factory internship . Basic knowledge of FSSAI or food safety authority regulations . Quick problem solving abilities and good teamwork skills
