They process cash, cards and digital payments, give correct change and receipts, balance the cash drawer at the end of a shift and coordinate with the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities - . Greet guests with a smile, answer questions about the menu and help resolve any billing complaints. . Accept money, credit cards or digital wallets and hand out the proper change and printed or digital receipts. . Check packed bags or trays to make sure the food matches the guest's ticket before handling it over. . Count the starting cash drawer, keep track of money during the shift and match total sales at closing. . Keep the front counter, menu boards and payment area neat and clean.

. Intermediate or a bachelor's degree . Good computer knowledge . Tally Knowledge is must . Ability to count money and calculate change quickly . Comfortable using a digital cash trgister or touch screen billing system . Previous 1 to 2 years of experience in a shop or restaurant is helpful
