They will manage online store operations and handle customer phone calls for e - commerce platforms like Amazon, Indiamart and Fliplkart. Computer Operator - . Computer operator manage data and keep the website upload. . Checking when a customer buys something and updating the system. . Typing customer names, phone numbers and addresses into Excel sheets. . Checking the computer to see if a package was delivered safety. Telecaller - . Calling customers to confirm their orders or help them with returns. . Calling shop owners to help them with list their items on the website. . Answering phone calls from people who have questions about their missing packages. . Calling new business tp ask if they want to see their products on Flipkart, Amazon or IndiaMart. Key Responsibilities of Amazon & Flipkart - On these platforms, they will focus on helping merchants manages their online shops and helping buyers with their orders. . They will upload photos of products, type in descriptions and set the correct prices on the website. . They will use the computer to check new orders, print shipping labels and make sure packages are ready to go out. . You will call or answer buyers buyers to solve complaints, help with product returns or track missing packages. . You will log returned items into the computer system and process refunds for customers. IndiaMart Job Responsibilities - IndiaMart is a Business to Business marketplace where companies buy things in bulk ( large Quantities ). The job here focuses more on generating sales and connecting businesses. . You will make phone calls to business es (leads) to find out what products they need to buy or sell. . You Will introduces buyers who need products to the wholesale sellers who have them. . You will type buyer requirements, phone numbers and company names into the computer system. . You will make repeat calls client to help them complete their deals or renew their website memberships.

. Intermediate / Graduation or Degree / Diploma . 6 to 36 months experience in telecalling or Data entry . Knowing how to use MS Word, Excel and the Internet . Being able to type quickly without making mistakes
