. 12th pass or a graduate degree in any field . A certificate in computer operations is a big plus . Prior 1 to 3 years of experience working in a hospital, eye care center or handling medical billing / TPA work . Basic knowledge of common eye surgeries . You must clearly explain the insuarance process
