Job Code - 2104 A computer operator in a multiple showroom business manages daily records, sales billing and tracks stocks across all branches store and enters sales data into the computer system. They track items availability, updates prices and genertate daily sales reports for all stores. . Type in new product details, prices and customers sales information. . Check which items are available or sold out across the different showrooms. . Help create digital bills and print receipts for buyers. . Make simple daily and weekly lists of total sales and remaining items. . Talk to branch managers by phone oe email to update stock needs. Key Responsibilities - . Track items sent to and sold at each showroom. . Update stock lists when new items arrive or sell out. . Enter daily sales bills and customer details into the system. . Create daily and weekly sales reports for managers. . Check cash and digital payment records against sales numbers. . Share stock availability updates with different store branches. . Move staff at different showrooms with billing or software problems. . Help staff at different showrooms with billing or software problems. . Make backup copies of important store data everyday.
