Job Code - 2170 Male F&B ( Food and Beverage ) Supervisor in Resort at Saharanpur A Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor in a resort manages daily dining, bars and room service operations to ensure guests enjoy great food and friendly service. . Train, schedule and guide servers, hosts and bartenders. Run daily shift meetings. . Greet resort guests, make sure they are happy and fix any complaints quickly and politely. . Make sure fod and drinks lok right, taste good and are served at the right time. . Keep track of inventory, order new items and reduce waste. . Ensure the dining areas and bars stay clean and follow all health and safety rules. Key responsibilities - . Make work schedules for servers, hosts and bartenders. . Train new team members on how to serve guests. . Assign daily tasks and guide the team during busy hours. . Welcome guests and make sure they feel happy. . Listen to guest complaints and fix problems quickly. . Check on tables to see if guests need anything else. . Check dining areas, bars and buffets for cleanliness. . Keep track of food and drink stock. . Order new supplies and tools when stock runs low. . Make sure the staff follows health and safety rules. . Check that food looks good and tastes right before it goes to guests. . Keep track of cash register and daily sales.

. Intermediate / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management . 1 to 2 years working in hotel or resort restaurants . Basic Computer Knowledge . Good Communication and problem solving
