Job Description
* Create structured curricula covering music theory, vocal pitch, rhythm, and instrument handling.
* Teach students practical skills in Indian classical, Western, or general school-appropriate music styles.
* Train students and coordinate musical items for annual functions, national festivals, and inter-school competitions.
* Evaluate individual progress, grade practical assignments, and identify talented pupils for advanced training.
* Maintain school-owned instruments and manage basic upkeep or repairs
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music (Vocal/Instrumental) coupled with a B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification preferred by progressive schools.
