Listen to guest Complaints or needs and fix them quickly and politely. . Book Spa times, restaurants or tours for guests. . Take payments, print bills and say goodbye when guests leave. Key responsibilities - . Welcome guests when they arrive with a warm greeting. . Check guests in by giving them room keys and explaning resort rules. . Check guest out when they leave and take their payments. . Answer phone calls and reply to emails quickly. . Give information about the resort pools, restaurants and fun activities. . Carry ir guide luggage to room if needed. . Listen to complaints when a guest is unhappy. . report big problems to the manager right away. . Work with housekeeping to make sure rooms are clean and ready on time. . Help other workers keep the lobby neat and safe.

. High School / Diploma or degree in Hotel Management . Experience of 2 to 4 years in hotel service . Basic Computer and Hotel Software to book rooms . Must be ready to work on weekends, holidays aand evening or night shifts
