Male / Female Hospital Coordinator in Saharanpur
A hospital coordinator manages patient care detail and communication between patients, families and medical staff to make sure everything runs smoothly.
. Acts as the main link between the patient, doctors and nurses.
. Sets up appointments, tests and follow up care.
. Manages patients records, medical charts and insuranceforms.
.Help patients understandtheir medical condition, treatments and next steps in simple words.
. Organizes what a patient needs after leaving the hospital like home care or medicines.
Key Responsibilities -
. Passing clear messages between doctors, nurses,patients and their families.
. Listening to patient worries and giving helpful guidance.
. Setting up doctor appointments, tests and surgeries.
. Helping with patient check ins, room moves and going home (discharges).
. Keeping patient files, charts and medical notes correct and safe.
. Helping with billing forms and checking insurance coverage.
. Making sure the medical unit has enough tools and daily items.
Requirements
. Graduation / Post graduation or diploma
. Experience of 2 to 3 years
. Freshers can also apply
