Job Code - 2393 Female Hostel Warden for DDU-GKY at Saharanpur The Hostel Warden is responsiblee for the overall safety, health, discipline and daily comfort of these trainees. Key Responsibilities - . Allocate rooms and beds to trainees according to the project's capacity rules. . Ensure facilities like electricity, fans, clean drinking water. . Coordinate regular cleaning and maintenance of the hostel building. . Oversee the kitchen and dining area to ensure clean and organized. . Ensure meals are cooked under hygienic conditions. . Ensure trainees receive healthy, timely and good quality food every day. . Keep a record of raw materials, groceries and daily food attendance. . Take regular biometric or manual attendance in the morning and evening. . Lock the hostel gates on time every nights. . Contact parents if a trainee faces behavior issues. . Report daily attendance , facility updates or anyb problems.

. A bachelor's degree in any stream . 1 to 3 years of working as a warden or handlingb group management is preferred . Ability to speak the local regional language clearly . Basic knowledge of computers and keeping records
