Job Description

Job Code - 2193 Male Lab Technician in Hospital at Saharanpur A hospital lab technicians tests patient samples like blood and urine so doctors can find and treat illnesses. . Take blood or other sample from patients and write correct names and IDs on them. . Use special lab machines and microscopes to check sample for diseases, infections or problems. . Type test numbers and finding correctly into the hospital computer system. . Wash tools, keep the work area safe and test machines to make sure they work right. Key Responsibilities - . Safely take patient samples like blood, urine or tissue. . Put clear labels on every sample and store them correctly so they do not get mixed up or supplied. . Use lab machines and microscopes to test body fluids for diseases, infections or sugar and cholestrol levels. . Clean, check and fix lab machines to make sure they work properly and give correct numbers. . Wear protective gear like gloves and masks, clean the work area and dispose of dangerous medical waste safely.

Requirements

. A Diploma ( DMLT ) or Bachelor's degree ( B.Sc ) in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology or Microbiology . Registration or Certificate from a state Paramedical Council or Health Authority . 1 to 2 years requires basic interenship experience in a hospital or Diagnostic lab . Knowing how to type and use hospital software
