Help cutters, stitchers and machine operators by holding, sorting or handling over shoe pieces. . Help feed materials into cutting, pressing or molding machines. . Look at finished or half made shoes to spot basic mistakes. . Clean up work areas, throw away scrap materials. . They help pack finished shoes into boxes with labels.

. Must be at least 18 years old . Often open to under 8th, 10 pass . 6 to 12 months experience in a factory . Many shoe factries provide on the job training, so freshers are commonly hired . Ability to stand, bend and work with your hands for long shifts . Able to understand supervisor instructions
