Maintenance Assistant

Job Code - 2361 Male Maintenance Assistant in Company at Roorkee A Maintenance Assistant helps keep a company's buildings, office spaces , tools and equipment safe, clean and in good working order. Key responsibilities - . handle everyday repairs like fixing leaky faucets, broken door handles, loose tiles or minor electrical issues like changing lightbulbs. . Walk around the building regularly to check doors, windows, lights and plumbing for any damage or safety risks. . Help with painting walls, hanging shelves, moving office furniture or setting up rooms for meetings. . Keep the workshop, tool cabinets and supply rooms clean, neat and well stocked. . Assist senior technicians staff with larger repairs and daily cleaning tasks. . Write down completed work and tell the supervisor if something major.

. A high school diploma, ITI certificate . Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry or painting . 1 to 2 years of basic repair or hands on work . Ability to follow instructions, work in a team
