Spices must be clean, pure and safe to eat. The GM Ensures the factory follows strict food safety laws and hygiene rules. . They supervise the buying of raws spices ( like cumin, pepper or turmeric ) from farmers or suppliers and ensure the final products gets shipped to stores. . They manage them heads of different departments, including production, sales, finance and human resources. . They look after the company's money, reduce waste, manage expenses and find ways to increase sales and profits. . They creat strategies to launch new spices mixes, rnter new markets and beat competitors.
