Counts cash from the cash register and matches it with sales receipts every day. . Keeps paper bills for new clothes, shop rent and electricity. . Prepares cash or records for staff wages each month. . Check paper notes on incoming and outgoing clothing items. . Write all money coming in and going out into paper account books. Key Responsibilities- . Bill Tracking . Cash Management . Stock Checking . Maintain day-to-day cash book and ledger entries . Handling purchase, sales & payment entries . Maintain bills, vouchers & supporting documents . Prepare reports as per management requirements . Cash Management . Prepare the monthly pay list for salesmen and helpers. . Keep a note of who to pay and when to clear clothing vendor bills.
