Male Manager for Bike Showroom at Saharanpur
A bike showroom manager runs the daily operations of a two wheeler store, leads the sales team and makes sure customers have a great experience.
. Hire, train and guide sales executives and floor staff.
. Track daily and monthly bike sales targets and push the team to achieve them.
. Keep track of bike models, colors and part available in the showroom.
. Greet buyers, solve complaints and help them with bike financing, insurance or test rides.
. Ensure bikes are clean, well arranged and displayed nicely.
. Share regular sales and stock updates.
Requirements
. A bachelor's degree
. 1 to 2 years of sales or store management experience
. Good Speaking skills
. Ability to use billing, inventory or POS ( point of sale )
