Job Code - 2314 Male Manager for Bike Showroom at Saharanpur A Showroom Manager for a bike or two wheeler showroom leads daily floor operations, manages sales staff, tracks bike stock and ensures customers have a smooth and friendly buying experience. We are looking for a realible and active Showroom Manager to run our bike and scooter showroom. You will lead the sales team, keep the floor clean and attractive, handle daily stock and cash. He helps the showroom hit its monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities - . Train, guide and motivate sales exeutives and customer support staff to help them sell more bikes. . Greet walk in buyers, solve complaints, help choose the right motorcycle or scooter. . They ensure smooth test rides. . Check incoming bike deliveries, keep track of models and colors in stock and reorder bikes when numbers run low. . Keep the showroom floor clean and organized with neat bike displays and pricing boards. . Coordinate with bamks and finance companies to help customers get easy loans and oversee basic billing.

. Intermediate / Graduation is plus . 1 to 3 years experience in retail sales . Basic understanding of motorcycles, scooters, features and pricing . Ability to use a computer for billing, stock lists and daily sales reports
