Job Code - 2393 Male / Female Mobiliser for DDU-GKY at Saharanpur A mobiliser is a bridge between rural villagers and the government training center. Their job is to go into rural areas, find unemployed youth. They convience them to join free government skill training. Key Responsibilties - . Travelling to villages, blocks and rural communities to talk directly. . Organizing village level meetings or small camps to explain. . Talking to young people and their parents to clear their doubts. . They build trust and help them to choose the right course. . Ensuring candidates qualify for the scheme. . Meeting wwwkly or monthly goals for how many students successfully register. . Building friendly relationships with village leaders, Anganwadi workes and NGOs.

. 12th pass or a degree in Social Work or Humanities . Must have a two wheeler . A valid driving licence . Basic smartphone use (WhatsApp / Google Forms) . 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, NGO work, community outreach
