Check vital signs like temprerature, pulse and blood pressure. Give medicines, injections and treatments ordered by doctors. . Help patients eat, move and stay clean and comfortable. . Watch for any changes in a patient's health and report them right away. . Talk with doctors, patients and families to explain care plans and give updates. . Wite down treatments given and track patient progress in medical notes. Key Responsibilities - . Check body temperature, blood pressure and pulse. . Give pills, liquids or injections ordered by a doctor. . Help patients with basic comfort, moving and eating. . Write down patient progress and report sudden shanges to doctors. . Talk with families to explain care plans and offer emotional support. . Maintain clean, accurate notes on each patient's medical history.
