Job Code - 2248 Male / Female Nursing staff in Hospital at Saharanpur A hospital nursing staff member provides direct bedside care, gives medicines and helps doctors monitor sick patients. . Check vital signs like temperature, pulse and blood perssure . . Help patients with daily needs like eating, moving and staying clean. . Give pills, injections and intravenous (IV) fluids exactly as the doctor orders. . Write down treatments, medicine times and health progress in patient charts. . Explain basic care instructions and offer comfort to patients and their loved ones. . Assist doctors during medical checks and emergency precedures. Key Responsibilities - . checking vitals like temperature, pulse and blood presure regularly. . Helping patients with basic needs like eating, moving and staying clean. . Watching for changes in a patient's health. . Reporting sudden problems or emergencies to the doctor right away. . Updating charts and wtiting down every medicienor treatment given during the shift. . Explaining care steps to patients and their families. Sharing important updates with the next nursing shift team. . Following hygiene rules like washing hands often and keeping the patient area clean and safe from germs.

. A diploma or degree in nursing like ( GNM or B.Sc Nursing ) . A valid registration with the state or national council. . Being kind, staying calm during emergencies and talking clearly with people. . Need 1 to 2 years of hands on hospital work. . Freshers can start in basic wards
