He makes sure insurance policies, renewals and customer requests are handled smoothly and without errors. . Create and issue new insurance papers and update customer records. . Keep clean and accurate digital files and client information. . Answer questions and fix issues for customers, sales team and companies. . Use computers to create daily or weekly data reports for managers. Key Responsibilties - . Enter accurate client data into computers, Maintain files and keep records safe and organized. . Answer questions from clients or agents about their insuarnce plans. . Work closely with the sales ream, managers and other departments make sure work is finished on time. . Create daily oer weekly status reports using basic computer programs like Excel.

. A bachelor's degree in any stream . 1 to 3 years experience in office work or insurance back office operations is preferred . Strong knowledge of MS Excel like VLOOKUP and pivot tables . Ability to enter data and check documents without making mistakes
