Job Code - 2175 Male OT ( Operation Theatre ) Technician in Hospital An Operation Theatre (OT) Technician prepares and manages the operating room eqipment and sterile tools to help doctors and nurses during surgeries. An OT Technician ensure thet surgeries happen safely, cleanly and smoothly. They work behind the scenes and inside the room to support the main surgical team. . Support the surgical team before, during and after operations. . Hospitals, surgical centers and emergency clinics. . Keep the room clean, safe and ready for patient care. Key Responsibilities - Before Surgery ( Preparation ) . Clean and sterlize the operating room and tools so there are no germs. . Set up surgical table, lights and machines. . Check anesthesia and monitor equipment to make sure everything works. . Help position the patient safely on the table. During Surgery . Hand tools and instruments to the surgeon quickly and carefully. . Watch patient monitors and help the doctor or anesthetist. . Keep the work area clean and organized . After Surgery . Clean, pack and sanitize used instruments. . Throw away medical waste safely. . Restock supplies like gloves, masks and medicine. . Get the room ready for the next patient.

. Intermediate with Science Stream or a Bachelor's degree ( B.Sc ) in OTT from a recoznized school or institute . 2 to 5 years experience in related field . Register with the state paramedical council . Stay focused and quick thinking during medical energencies
