Male Packing Supervisor in Handicraft Company at Saharanpur
A packing supervisor manages the daily packing and wrapping of goods.
Their main goal ios to make sure products are packed correctly, safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities -
. Lead, train and guide packing workers to make sure work is done smoothly.
. Inspect finished packages to verify that weights, labels and items counts are correct and free of damage.
. Keep track of packing supplies so the line never runs out.
. Make sure workers follow safety guidelines and keep the packing area clean.
. Fix issues quickly if machines break down, workers fall behind or shipments face delay.
. Track daily production numbers , shift hours and inventory updates.
Requirements
. Usually 10th, 12th or a Bachelor's Degree or any Diploma
. 2 ro 5 years of hands on experiecne working in a packaging
. Ability to manage a team, handle staff issues and keep workers motivated
. Basic computer skills
