Payment Collection Executive

Job Code - 2409 Male Payment Collection Executive for Company at Muzaffarnagar A Payment Collection Executive is responsible for following up with customers or clients. They collect pending, overdue or due payments. They make sure the company gets paid on time. They maintain a good relationship with the customers. Key responsibilities - . Contact customers via phone calls, emails or messages to remind about payments. . Visit cloents or customer locations in person when phone calls do not work. . Listen to why the customer has not paid. . They work out an easy or realistic plan for them to pay back. . Coordinate with the sales or billing department. . Update daily notes and payments statuses in the company's computer system. . Reach daily and monthly recovery goals set by the company.

. Usually a high school Diploma or a bachelor's degree . Ability to use MS Excel, billing software or mobile based CRM apps . 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, sales or debt collection
