Join medical terms to plan patient care and check if treatments works well. . Explain how to take medicines safety and warn about side effects. . Order, store and track medicine supplies so the hospital never runs out. . Review a patient's final medicine list before they go home. Key Responsibilities - . Managing inventory and maintaining controlled drug records. . Mixing and measuring special treatments, including liquid drips and strong medicines. . Reviewing doctor requests to makee sure the medicine, amount and strength are correct and safe. . Joining doctors and nurses on hospital rounds to suggest the best medical treatments and dosages. . Explaining how and when to take home medicines and warning about possible side effects. . Storing controlled substances safely and keeping accurate records.

. A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy like B.Pharma, M. Pharma or Pharma.D . 2 to 4 years experience . To clearly explain medical instructions to patients and nurses. . To cooperate well with doctors and other hospital staff . Good Computer Knowledge
