Female Sales Executive for Mobile Showroom at Saharanpur
A Mobile Showroom Sales Executive welcomes walk in customers, explains smartphone features, helps them choose the right phone and accessories and handles bills and finance options.
Key Responsibilities -
. Welcome every customer warmly the moment they walk into the showroom.
. Ask simple questions to find out what phone, budget or brand the customer is looking for.
. Tell customers about ongoing discounts, exchange offers for old phones and EMI options.
. Process sales quickly and accurately using the store billing system.
. Help customers set up their new phone, transfer data from their old device or guide them.
. Keep the display phones clean, charged, well arranged and stocked with price tags.
Requirements
. 12th pass or a bachelor's degree
. 0 to 2 years of retail sales experience
. Polite, friendly and clear speaking skills
. Calm behavior while handling multiple customer questions
. Basic Computer knowledge
