Prepare weekly and monthly on total bike sales and customer feedback. . Handle difficult customer questions, complaints or special requests. . Ensure bike loans, test rides, paperwork and bike deliveries run smoothly and fast. . Check which bike models are selling best and report daily or monthly sales.

. Graduation degree or an MBA in sales, marketing or a related field . 2 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in the two wheeler or automobile industry . Ability to handle pressure, solve problems and keep the sales floor energetic . Good computer knowledge . Basic computer knowledge ( MS Office or Billing Software .
