Key Responsibilities of An Accountant - . Keep a clean record of all money coming in and going out of the factory. . Create bills for customers and record bills received from suppliers. . Calculate workers hours, check attendance and prepare monthly or weekly wages. . Manage the petty cash for small factory expenses. Responsibilities of Supervisor - . Check what workers arrive on time, follow safety rules and do their jobs correctly. . Count how many goods are made each day and ensure targets are met. . Keep tracks of raw materials coming in and finished goods going out. . Supervise the loading and unloading of trucks for orders.

. A degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting or Business is usually preferred . 1 to 3 years of experience working in a factory or warehouse . Basic Accounting Knowledge .
