The person in this role handles office computers, types and organizes data. They make sure daily tasks get done on time . They also help and guide other team members and reports directly to upper management. Key Responsibilities - . Enter, update and check data in company software or Excel sheets. . Make digital reports, letters and bills. . Keep computer files and records safe and organized. . Fix basic computer or printer problems. . . 12th Pass / Graduation Degree . Computer knowledge of MS Office like Word, Excel . A diploma or ITI ( COPA ) . 1 to 3 years of working experience in an office or data entry role . Good typing speed and high accuracy to type letters, bills or data
