You are both the team head and the eyes of the ccompany, ensuring every handmade item is perfect before it goes to customers. To lead a team of craftspeople and check that every handmade product meets the company's high standards. . Assign daily tasks to the crafters and artists. . Look closely at finished items to find mistakes like wrong colors, loose threads or broken pieces . Show the team how to fix mistakes and make better products. . Make sure the team finished the products on time. . Keep track of the wood, cloth, beads or paint used so nothing runs out. . make sure the workshop is clean, organized and safe for everyone. Key Responsibilities - . Telling each craftworker what items they need to make each day. . Keeping track of who comes to work and who is absent. . Teaching workers how to make new designs and showing them the right techniques. . Making sure the team finishes the products on time so orders are not late. . Checking the wood, fabric, clay or metal before work starts to make sure the materials are good. . Looking closely at finished items scratches, wrong colors, loose threads or broken parts. . Taking away items that have mistakes so they do not get sent to customers. . Making sure all craft tools and machines are clean and working safely. . Filling out simple paperwork about how much materials is left so the company does not run out of supplies.

Requirements

. Intermediate / Diploma or Certificate . Experience of 2 to 3 years in Crafting Workshop . Basic Computer Knowledge . Good Communication and Teamwork
