Keeping an exact count of how many cementbags are inside the godown. . Recording every bag that arrives from the factory and every bag that leaves for delivery. . Checking for torn bags or moisture damage to make sure cement doesn't spoll. . Organizing work shifts so there are always enough workers available. . Making sure workers wear safety gear like masks and boots. . Sending updates to the manager about total stock, damaged items and labor attendence.
