Male Supervisor In Handicraft Company
A handicraft company supervisor is the manager incharge of the workshop floor. He makes sure workers create beautiful, high quality handmade products on time. They act as the bridge between the company owners and the craftspeople Who make the items.
. Train new workers on how to use tools safely.
. Check attendance to see who is at work each day.
. Inspect items like pottery, blankets or jewelry as they are being made.
. Catch mistakes early so materials are not wasted.
. Fix problems when an items does notlook the way it should.
. Count Supplies like paint, clay, wood or fabric so the workshop never runs out.
. Order new tools when old ones break.
. Reduce waste by teaching workers how to use materials carefully.
. Set daily goals for how many items the team needs to finish.
. Reports updates to the main office about how fast work is moving.
Key Responsibilities -
. Telling each crafter what items they need to make each day.
. Making sure everyone shows up to work on time .
. Helping workers solve arguments or problems so they can work well together.
. Looking closely at the finished crafts to ensure they are beautiful and have no mistakes.
. Making sure the team finishes the items fast enough to send to customers on time.
. Helping out when a machine breaks down.
. Making sure sharp tools, brushes and machines are clean and safe to use.
. Keeping track of items like paints, clay, wood, fabric or yarn.
. Making sure everyone wears protective gear like masks or gloves.
Requirements
. Intermediat / Graduation or degree
. 2 to 5 Years experience making handmade goods
. You must be good at planning schedules
. Basic Computer knowledge
. You need to know how to use email and simple spreadsheets to track inventory
