Male / Female Tally Accountant in Shop at Saharanpur
A Tally Accountant in a retail shop manages daily cash flow, building, record- keeping and stock entries using Tally software.
A Tally accountant in a shop handles daily billing, tracks and stock. He records every sales and purchase using Tally software.
Key Responsibilities -
. Create sales bills, cash memos and customer invoices.
. Record daily purchases, supplier payments and shop expenses in tally.
. Match the cash in the cash box with the Tally cash balance at the end of the day and handle bank deposits.
. Keep a basic count of items sold and items left in stock.
. Help calculate basic GST for bills and assist the main tax consultant or Chartered Accountant (CA)
with returns.
Requirements
. Usually a 12th pass or a bachelor's degree in Commerce
. Freshers can get hired
. Good Knowledge of Tally and basic computer use like MS Excel
. Basic understanding of GST for bill making.
. 1 to 2 years of experience
