A telecaller in a finance company calls clients to share loan or credit card offers, answers customers' questions, fixes meetings for the sales team and notes all details in the computer daily.
. To promote financial products like loans, credit cards, debit cards and insurance.
. Answer questions and update records.
. Update customer notes.
. Must have good speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities-
. Make outbound calls to potential Clients
. Answer inbound queries
. Explain financial terms in simple and clear language
. Update customer data and feedback accurately in the company
. Follow up on warm leads
. Fix appointments for senior sales teams
